Kick-off

The new football season is almost upon us which means it's time to enjoy some pre-season friendlies. Tonight one of our local teams, Guiseley AFC, were entertaining League One Barnsley in the summer sunshine, a perfect opportunity for a first visit to Nethermoor Park.  It ended goalless but was a fairly entertaining ninety minutes.

Next Tuesday sees our other local team, Bradford City, visiting the same venue and is likely to be a busier and livelier occasion.
