Did you know...

...chipmunks can climb ladders? My husband painted an old ladder and turned it into a feeding station for the birds. Unfortunately, all the wildlife that visits our backyard consider it theirs just as much as the birds. This little fellow is very agile. He hops up onto the first rung of the ladder and scampers right up to the big seed block we put out for the birds. Yes, I know he's a rodent, but don't you think he's at least a little cute, especially with that seed stuck to the tip of his nose? The extra picture is another one of "his cuteness." In that one you can even see his little pink tongue.

NOTE: This chippy is really yesterday's blip, but somehow blipfoto assigned it to the 14th instead of the 13th. Oh well, they may be backwards, but at least they are both posted.
