Stripes

Heading to Orange County today to visit with friends and family. I'm lucky in that the former has become the latter. I'll miss this little cutie, but love that we can chat by phone now. 

He's five, so the conversational flow can be challenging. But it doesn't matter. I just smile my dopey smile and listen from far away, happy to connect in any way I can.

On a side note, I'm finding my pace on blip and happy with the rhythm. I don't post every day but do breeze through and comment. Thanks to everyone for welcoming me so warmly and making this place the precious community it has become for me.
