Merlon

Nothing this morning, and dim and overcast when I left work. Thought I'd not get anything - but then my eye was caught by this merlon, and the old wooden posts behind. Low light, and lazy, so I switched to Av, and let it go wide-open. I initially thought to process it in B&W, and went all high-contrasty. Then I decided it would be better in colour (as the merlon was a bit lost in the frame in B&W), and kept the rest of the stack, just taking out the B&W conversion bit. It was a bit too harshly contrasty, so I toned down one or two of the modules, and called it done.

A bit overdone, I know, but for what it is I kinda like it.
