Crepe Myrtles

Our crepe myrtles are in full bloom and I think they look great!  This morning they are full of birds and the sounds of the birds in song is amazing.  Also beautiful to see all the hummingbirds at the blooms.

My Miss Edna hibiscus is still giving me a few blooms although the best of her blooming is past.  

Here's a house finch and a chickadee that came out of the crepe myrtles for me.

Even though it was only 8:30am it was still sweating hot.  We are to have severe thunderstorms this afternoon.  A good day to stay inside an work on craft projects!!  Yay!
