No smiling allowed

I took photos of wild flowers this morning but when I got home and looked at them on my computer screen I realised that they are looking quite tatty and past their best. The dry weather has accelerated their demise... I also saw my first blackberries today, which seems early in the season.

In need of a blip I asked Thomas for a photo - he agreed but was determined not to smile - I did not mind, I was playing around with the focus on the 50mm lens and was grateful to have a subject on which to focus!

The piano was tuned today by a blind piano tuner. I imagine this is a perfect job for a blind person who probably has developed better hearing.
