Sourdough Meditation

Both Jan and I contributed to the food through baking sourdough bread. We learned from Annika B that adding left-over porridge to the mix gave a softer and moist loaf!
We've more or less stopped baking at home because there seemed to be a connection with baking and eating our own bread, and going up in weight by 7 kg!  So it was fun to bake for a larger audience who could share the eating of the bread!
