Stress levels .....

Moving on from the busy day yesterday, today found me feeling emotional - you know that point when someone asks you if you're ok and you could just burst into years.

Day two working with the lady from yesterday (who was not admitted to hospital). She had an outpatient appointment that she needed to get to this morning. The situation is that the hospital say the GP has to arrange transport, (guess what) the GP surgery say the hospital need to arrange the transport. Neither party giving in!! Result was I took her to her appointment and asked them to arrange the return home (yes, you guessed it, hospital say GP, GP says hospital). End result, they arrange taxi that costs her £20.

My emotions let go after taking her to the hospital, getting back into the car and having a good weep.

Thank goodness for FRIDAY - yeah :)
