Superb trip

Headed for Luton Airport late this afternoon. Whenever I go there I can't help recalling that commercial way back, when a besotted bloke asks Lorraine Chase 'Were you truly wafted here from paradise?' and she replies in a cockney voice 'Nah, Luton Airport!'

We flew to Inverness for the UK driving event with the new Skoda Superb. This was the wonderful light over the coastline as we were coming in to land.

Ours is a drive-back group on the final day of a week-long launch, and tomorrow I'll be heading south in a Superb estate. It will be a long drive, from northern Scotland to Kent via Yorkshire, and I'm looking forward to it.
