Washday at Bowling

A perfect day for a cycle run to Bowling. In the basin some of the craft are permanent fixtures and the bow makes a perfect  'drying green'! 

The first of the extra photos shows the canal at Clydebank Shopping Centre, where a family of swans looking for scraps are hanging around MacMonagles Restaurant - a permanent fixture - and perhaps the reason the swans here breed so successfully. The 2nd picture is the view east from the footbridge at Westerton capturing the fabulous cloud formations as I set off today . The 3rd picture is the rare sight of a boat passing under the bridge as I returned home. The clouds have become more ominous but the rain stayed away.
