this seems like a popular thing to do on blip - photos of tonight's gig tickets.

i'd rather take a picture of the ticket than watch the gig through on the back of a phone or camera like dozens of people will no doubt do tonight. that does annoy me.
and don't get me started on people who pay 25 quid for a ticket and then talk all the way through the show. k'off to the bar if you want to do that...

i understand that sigur ros will be playing 'stripped down' tonight. ie. without amiina (the string section) and without the horns. i'm not sure quite how they'll sound when reduced to four. hopefully as good as on hvarf when they recorded like that.

i've been waiting a couple of years for today and so far it has been rubbish. full report on tonight, tomorrow.
