Here we go 'round the Mulberry Bush (or even Tree)

After a rainy, stormy night the sun came out to play today...a lovely bright sunny day with the most spectacular sky. We 'poodled' around this morning going to nurseries..then decided, as we were in the Burwash area to go to Batemans Nat.Trust...(home of Rudyard Kipling). It was very busy. We sat in the courtyard and had a delicious lunch..Welsh Rarebit and shared a bottle of Ginger Beer (we know how to live the high life).
Lots of preparations going on for a Wedding being held this evening...a huge Marquee in the Meadow, delicious smell of a huge Hog Roast being cooked on the spit, bales of hay for seating around the Meadow and wonderful buckets of flowers everywhere. You can see in my extra, they were busy hanging lanterns in the fabulous Mulberry tree....I guess it will look very beautiful in such a fabulous setting Thank goodness the weather has been good to all concerned!
