Fishy lunch

I'm not by any means a good cook, or even an enthusiastic one, but I thought I'd have a go at making Cullen Skink for lunch today, seeing as we had some smoked haddock  in the freezer for that purpose.

I have to say that it turned out pretty well, but I don't expect to be changing my job anytime soon!
