Chasing rainclouds

July. Scotland. Summer?
After another two classes in the gym went with a pal up to Elie for a slap up lunch at The Ship Inn in Elie and a sit on the sand. Instead we got a mediocre teensy tiny lunch vastly overpriced leaving a nasty taste in the mouth and empty bellies. Rain clouds loomed so promptly abandoned all plans of sand sitting and meandered up to St Monans to find some top up food. Nothing. Headed back to Edinburgh and found respite with baked Camembert and nachos at The Espy of Portobello prom. About a hundred mile trip just to return.
