Trolley and the monument to drainage

A very long day for hpx today. It was nearly 7pm when I got home. I'll make up for it in a few weeks.

To off-set my late meeting I took a walk at lunchtime. The monument on the right is to the first brick drains used in the 1880s. Christchurch implemented drains early on, and the monument acknowledges the positive impact on typhoid.

The other monument? It's probably another step towards paying to use a trolley at the supermarket, with a refund when it's returned.

Time to disconnect and relax.
