Mono-Monday - "Spring": Wooly Mammoth

I was a bit stuck for blip material today, as we're away from home on a quick trip to Oxford. Son #3, having finished his undergraduate course in history here last summer has decided to return for another year in September to do a Masters course - and we're here to help him to find a flat to live in during the course.

However my Editor came to the rescue, suggesting that we venture in the children's section of a local bookstore with camera in hand. This wooly mammoth seems to have decided to fit a spring to each of its feet to help it to get around quicker - it looks a rather fun method of propulsion! It's actually from the front cover of a Dorling Kindersley book called "The Way Things Work" by David Macaulay. (It looks a fun book!).
