Holy Monday

Angie spent most of this morning cursing. Her first day back at work and the railways using the summer to undertake major repairs. For the next weeks, she has to get off the train somewhere, transfer to a bus, then back on the train. A pain at the best of times but today it was really bad. A train caught fire just outside Munich's main station and closed down the entire national, regional and city train network. It took her over three hours to get to work.

Luckily I didn't see her for more than 3 minutes in the evening after she returned around 9:00 pm. I was out with the dogs for the evening walk where I captured the photo with the village church spire. In the morning we had the Ottobeuren Basilica spires as a potential Blip with Luna standing in a stream with a mother duck swimming just a few yards away making a fuss (distracting us from her single young duckling) but her quacking didn't interest Luna, only sticks on her brain. The photo was however bland and a bit blurred.

Was very windy all day with more to come. However relatively warm.
