Damp afternoon

I planned a morning in the office and an afternoon gardening and I should have planned it the other way around! It is very wet out there!

I have been chasing payment of invoices this morning. I cannot believe the number of people that happily instruct a survey, sign the contract, receive a survey and then not pay for it!!! And then think that just because they decide not to buy the property they can not pay the invoice!! It gets my goat but I am like a dog with a bone!
