Good times

Two days in one.
Nipped over to Venice first thing and went to some more Biennale exhibitions-Korea and one by Sean Scully. Then wandered around Dosoduro and visited Santa Maria della Salute before hopping on a gondola taxi to cross the canal. Great value-€2 instead of €80 for one of the fancy hire ones!
More good value when we found the Trattoria Alla Basilica where we had a great lunch for next to nothing...home made pasta, risotto, salad and tuna steak.
Bought some hand marbled paper and a handbag for K then back to the beach for a few hours chilling, reading and swimming in the warm sea. Lovely.
