Chinggis Khan Statue, Ulaanbaatar

Drove from the Gobi desert into Ulaanbaatar today, and after checking into our hotel, with soft beds and en suite facilities, we took a walk around the city centre. I was really taken by the scale of the statue of Chinggis (Genghis) Khan on the government building. Had to wait a while until I got a single figure on the steps to bring across the scale.

Last day in Mongolia tomorrow.
