Moving?

These two fellows were stopped at a traffic light for a bit of respite after climbing a long hill. The guy in front has a tarped load and the one behind appears to have a dining room set. I couldn't help but wonder if the bulldozer pulled in behind just in case they needed a push. An unusual sight indeed on a busy street.
