I may have Blipped this before, but couldn't resist it anyway!

Primula viallii must be the least primula-like primula around! Quite spectacular, though not a very long-lived perennial - should be raised from seed every couple of years or it will disappear.

My extra picture today is of a a beautiful shrub from Vietnam, from a mountain named Fansipan. Schefflera fantsipanensis is another member of the ivy family and makes a wonderfully different garden shrub. I have several schefflera species, some out and other waiting to go out. Very exotic!
