Corduan

We went on a day trip from Pointe de Grave to the seventeenth century lighthouse of Corduan. Out in the boat, passed the edge of the estuary and out to sea. Then onto a pontoon to access the sand bank that suddenly built up after a massive storm last year, a walk across to the causeway then up the steps into this amazing structure which is the most decorative lighthouse I've ever seen. It even has its own chapel You must visit if you get the chance!
