Fruits of labour

A nice treat awaited us once we got home from Bannockburn. These were the pickings from the polytunnel at the allotment. We popped by for a quick look en route to Kintore, to check the water situation but the plants had been well looked after by our fellow plot holders. We had harvested a couple of courgettes already but this was the first cucumber, and very good it was too. It didn't last the evening!
