Kormoran With Possible Tattoo
I've not seen this pattern on the back of a cormorant (der Kormoran) before.
My favourite on-line store* have been back in touch.
I sent them an E-Mail, saying I no longer wanted the desk and they could come and pick it up and give me my money back.
This, again, proved way too difficult for them to understand.
They now propose that they send me a new desk. And I should dismantle the old one and send it back. And then I can build the new one, because that isn't wasting my time at all.
Oh and they said they would deliver the new desk free of charge. And it would also be delivered using their special 24-Hour delivery service, so I can expect it on Monday...
That was good of them. Quality.
Except it isn't.
They seem to be ignoring the fact that I no longer want the desk and I would much rather have my money back. I will write to them again and I will try really hard to say "I still don't want the desk. I only want my money back."
And I'm going to write it without being sarcastic.
And then I'm going to write a letter to the man in charge. You know, pointing out areas where his company could improve - constructive criticism and all that.
