Prosecco impressions...

An early morning walk to find a post box before heading to the airport and home, left me with some wonderful lasting impressions of Bologna....

Hidden sunlit courtyards, beautiful colonnades, a city of mopeds and lovely warming sunshine...

I must admit that I knew very little about Bologna before my visit, but I would thoroughly recommend it if you fancy wandering around a beautiful city with a rich history, but one which still remains unspoilt by the trappings of larger tourist cities. And of course there's the Prosecco!!
