Summer soft-top

I have always loved soft-top cars, and I have been looking forward to the launch drive in the Scottish Highlands of the new Mazda MX-5. Day one yesterday was in glorious summer weather. Day two - today - dawned grey and wet, but we still managed to put the roof down between showers.

Through successive generations the little Mazda sports car has grown a bit bloated, but the new one goes back to its roots, shedding some of the weight and benefitting in driving calibre as a result. I love it!
