Alnwick Castle and a sunny day...

We were supposed to be going to Edinburgh today ... however, as Katy was 5 hours later than the time agreed the night before this was not possible. Ah well ... real shame. We had a good afternoon at Alnwick Castle even though it was heaving with people. They focus very much on the Downton Abbey filming .. which caused some confusion with little folk that just know about its role in Harry Potter.
