Lemon Tart

Weather grim here today so baking/cooking was the order of the day.  Really enjoyed stocking the freezer (and also sampling some of the produce).  Whenever I make a Lemon Tart though I always seem to have too much mixture whichever recipe I use.  Curses.

Spent the afternoon ironing and I was pleased to get that done.
