Robin Hood's Bay Reflections

More of a holiday buzz in large.
Back blip - Whitby Day 4

Our fourth day in in Whitby took us out of town. We started on the North York Moor (amongst the purple heather) and headed for Robin Hood's Bay along part of the last leg of Wainwright's coast to coast walk. It was a beautiful day, and made for a rather jolly wander. Robin Hood's Bay village is charming: narrow lanes, steep roads, and a very seaside holiday feel. We had lunch at a sweet café with local bread and locally roasted coffee, and then returned to Whitby via the stunning coastal path.

Highlights:
Catching sight of Robin Hood's Bay
British seaside holiday
Robin Hood's Bay panorama [= blip alternative]
Jurassic Park path
Fern gully
