Fast food

The boy child took part in his first 5k race this morning - obviously following in his mother's footsteps rather than mine. The event was sponsored by Subway, and turned out to be great value and very well-organised. For the £6 entry fee, he got a nice running shirt, a medal, and lunch. Not bad.
