Robin in the birdbath

A month or so ago, Bob became convinced that a water feature would be a good addition to our backyard bird buffet. The American robins were in complete agreement. This juvenile robin was taking his turn at the new birdbath.

The extra photo is an American goldfinch at the new finch feeding station we installed yesterday. I wonder if he likes it because it is color coordinated?
