... being performed by the Husband, rather than me. He suddenly took it into his head to repaint the porch glider we've had for years. It was rather shabby (chic?) when we bought it at an antique/junk store many years ago and had gotten increasingly so. He spent several days scraping all the paint off it, then primed it with a rust proof some kind of paint, and now is painting it yellow - which is what it was before. The dark frame thing is the base, and then the seat part goes on it, and it glides back and forth. My only part in this has been to periodically help him turn it over or around. 

The Husband is never happy if he isn't busy doing something.

The extra is what I would have blipped if it hadn't been MonoMonday - definitely needs to be in color. Male Ruby-throated Hummingbird sitting in the Buddleia that is right next to the window that holds the window hummingbird feeder.
