It's running along the coast path and you've climbed the last big hill and you are on a downhill bit, flying a little, and you are listening to Rain King by Counting Crows and it's a live version and they segue into Springsteen's Thunder Road and there's the smell of cut grass and the promise of a big mug of tea and a pasty ahead.

That's the best thing. The very best thing.
