Perfect Summer's Day

I had a busy day which started with visiting nearby friends in Maidenhead, the ones who are back from Malawi for the summer (mentioned on Friday's blip).  I joined them at their church in Maidenhead where after the service everyone enjoyed a delicious BBQ.  I also met a new friend who works with a Missionary friend of mine in Tanzania and is also a house-mate of someone I went to college with over 30 years ago.  The world is a very small place!  

After a lazy restful afternoon with Dolly in my garden, we went around one of the nearby lakes just before sunset.  We bumped into the guy who helps me with the garden and he joined us for part of the walk.
