Whitby

After a morning pottering around York I gave in and took myself off to Whitby. I'd initially resisted because of the relatively long drive... but it did seem like a bit of shame not to go.

The light was gorgeous on the way down, but by the time I made it to the Abbey, the clouds were rolling in for gorgeous gothic effect.
