A trip to Derwent Water

A lovely day today, so after the plasterer arrived to do the bedroom walls I left him to it and took Misty to Derwent Water.  We went to the Manesty side which is a favourite, not many people about either.  Misty had her usual playtime in the water and had fun with a German Shepherd who was also a swimmer.  We saw a dead sheep in the water.  I wonder if it should be reported and if so to whom??  After we left the lake we walked along a footpath around the bottom of Cat Bells so lots of great views of Blencathra and Skiddaw.  What a great day:)  More on flikr
