Matchday

Today was the first League game for West Ham in their very last season at The Boleyn Ground.
Next season West Ham move to 'The Olympic Stadium' which successfully held the London 2012 Olympics - so after 112 years we say goodbye to 'The Boleyn Ground'.
I have been coming here since the age of 5, and attended most home games since I was 13/14 so it is going to be very emotional saying goodbye to the place.

Here you see a fan with the No 6 on his back.
Many West Ham fans will have this as it the number worn by 'Bobby Moore', West Ham and England's greatest ever footballer.
When Bobby Moore died, aged only 52, West Ham retired the No 6 shirt.
