Courgette flowers

My lovely neighbour Pat brought around some courgettes and there flowers.
One thing that reminds me of Italy,  especially the south is courgette flowers, you can see fantastic displays on stalls of thousands of the flowers. You can stuff them with Ricotta or just fry them in a batter with parmesan cheese..... yummy    NOTE: not good for the diet :-)
