Tiny Tuesday 12 Mystery Macro

Hardly a fantastic macro shot I'm afraid but I did want to join in today's special Mystery Macro version of Tiny Tuesday - originated by Walking Wombat and hosted today by Osuzanna.
I don't use this item as much as I used to before I embarked on my weight loss programme as can be seen by the light sprinkling of dust! I do think it looks as though it could be a distant cousin of the duo featured in my blip yesterday!

In other news: accompanied daughter #2 to the paediatrician with Violet and came away feeling quite reassured.  Unfortunately didn't get the camera out in time to take any pics
