Holy Hand Grenade Of Schierstein

Had an interesting night.  Was still awake at 3 and then I thought "I must sleep" - closed my eyes and then my alarm went off. 

That meant it was six.  Tried to get up and failed.

Tried a shower to see if that helped.

It didn't.

Have been a ghost all day.

It's been so bad, I haven't even tried to follow the cricket.  I just can't concentrate.
