Thai poster

My husband was given this in poster form by a friend who knew of our love of Asian art.  I know there must be a story behind this, but as yet I have not done the research.   We had it framed and it has made a lovely picture on the bedroom wall.
Heavy rain and storms today, looks like more storms for tonight.  And the temperature has dropped.
