Wasp

This large wasp hung onto the side of one of our hummingbird feeders for what seemed like a very long time, probably trying to figure out a way to get at the sweetness within. So I took a shot. When I looked at it closely I saw that it had the look of comfortable leather about it. You know, like a well worn jacket or a leather couch that's been in the family longer then you. It's been that kind of day.
