I thought I'd join in with the Tiny Tuesday challenge this week. Too wet and too drab to look for anything colourful today. Rain forecast until Friday......

This is possibly one of the smallest tools in my tool bag...

...but what is it???

I ordered ten of them yesterday and they arrived today.
