The New Bridge

They're building it and it remains open to cars.  It was open to all traffic until the Mainz side "sunk" a bit.

There seems to be a lack of planning gone into this - the fact that they're building a three lane bridge from this side and apparently only a 2 lane bridge on the Mainz side don't convince me otherwise.

And in another blow to the concept of German efficiency, the bridge will be a building site until the end of 2016.  Hilarious if you have to cross it twice a day like half my colleagues.
