THE CAT

we met on our walk. The day had started dark and rather gloomy. But the forecast said it would be better in the afternoon.
We started our walk at 3 pm. Piet Hein's idea was to go to the middle path that leads to Helmarshausen, not going very high, a pleasant path to walk. The only thing is that where there are benches to enjoy the view, the trees and bushes have been grown so high that there is no view at all.
At some point one can walk a path down to the Diemel if one does not want to walk as far as Helmardshausen. We took that path and the sun came out. A nice walk it was.
Now the sky is so blue and the moon is white and shines through the window.

My haiku:

There once was a lazy cat
She lay stretched out all day
I'm sure this was not me

And the proverb:

Lazy-bones

(= a lazy person)
