" THE DAY THAT THE RAIN CAME DOWN "

The weather today has been atrocious, and it's now pouring down with rain again, at nearly midnight.  Today we have realised that when it rains hard we have a leak in the roof where the lounge extension is joined to the original house.  We have telephoned the Agents but of course as yet nothing has been done. 

This afternoon we managed to go out to Newquay to get fuel for the car etc.  We of course took Phoebe out but not on the beach.

This lovely rose has blessed us once again with a new bloom.  Wish I knew what it was called.

The smaller photo is of the collection of shoes rounded up off the beach.  You'd think people would realise wouldn't you!!!

Thanks for the nice comments on yesterday's blip and hope you have a good day tomorrow.  We are looking forward to our special visit from Redflash (my sister) and hope the weather improves. xxx
