just married

...as the sign reads. This is a wedding gift from the bride to her groom.

A very dear friend of mine who is also my spiritual director got married today and is moving away. Yep... I have spiritual director, need one. I am grateful for all she has taught me. I think she has given me enough tools to go on without her. But if I need her, I know she is just an email or text away. Such mixed emotions today because I will miss her so much but I am so happy she found love and will be starting a new chapter in her life with such an amazing man.
