A Derbyshire Town

Taken from above the town on the top road. Its been my home for 20 odd years now and the time seems to have flown by. After travelling most of my life previous to coming here its often strange to think that I have settled to some extent in one place.

I grew up as a Forces child in the RAF and we were constantly moving around the UK or Germany and when I left home in '81 I just kept moving both here and in Australasia.

With my son getting near to leaving home next year to go to Uni I suppose we have that strange time in life when options start opening up again with regard to living somewhere else, I love Italy though and wouldn't mind moving there if the bones and confluences come together.
