Plan B

Well, Plan A never really had a fighting chance. It was a full moon this evening and I had thought to capture it from somewhere around where I took last night's pic, as it it came up through the buildings of the CBD. But heavy cloud certainly put a stop to that. So here we are doing a bit of a tour around downtown Auckland on a Saturday night, with a few shots in extras too.
Earlier in the day I spent some time checking things over for next week's adventure, like pitching the tent in the lounge , laying out the sleeping mat and sleeping bag, sorting the bike tools and miscellaneous bits and pieces - the room is now quite a mess (good thing D is in Christchurch at the moment).
